Rental Information

• $75 for up to 4 hour time block
• Up to 35 Guests
• 549 Square feet
• $25 Pool Usage Fee for a maximum of 20 non-residents 

• There will be an additional $25 fee for non-resident guests that are expected to attend a banquet room reservation if pool activities are part of the reservation.  There is a cap of 20 non-residents allowed per reservation.  Events that involve pool activities/usage and plan to have more than 20 non-resident guests are not allowed.  Banquet room reservations will still be able to accommodate more than 20 non-resident guests, as long as the expectation is to not utilize the pool in any fashion.
