Starting on Thursday, September 1st, we will discontinue the usage of the online tennis reservation system and revert back to the reservation book at the front desk, which has historically been the way courts were reserved. We are making this change in an effort to enhance this process for our tennis playing members and are researching other online systems to employ in conjunction with Scott Miller Tennis to provide the best experience we can.
What does this mean?
You will no longer be able to book courts and pay for them online. Rather, you will need to call the front desk to secure a reservation. Please call 904-438-2530 to inquire about court availability and to reserve your court.
How far in advance will the front desk accept reservations? When will this process begin?
Similar to the online system and to the handwritten book, we will begin accepting court reservations three days out. So, beginning on Monday, August 29th, we will begin to take reservations for the September 1st court times. Online reservations will be discontinued on this date (August 29th).
Can I still pay when booking my court reservation?
To pay when booking the court reservation, you will need be to pay over the phone by providing your card number at the time of the booking. Payment at the desk as you check into the recreational facility will still be available.
