Cindy holds the NCCA accredited certification of Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as the Group Fitness Instructor Certification from the Athletics and Fitness Associates of America.
Over the last decade, Cindy has developed a real passion for overall fitness, strength, and endurance training, helping many others along the road of her own journey. She has been a source of inspiration for many women with her positive mindset and love for the gym. Cindy strives to not only extend her training knowledge but also offer helpful tools for common struggles. She aspires to help her future clients find a sustainable new normal that will last well beyond their fitness goals.
