PLEASE

Refrain from visiting the site of the new recreation facility until we are open.  The site has not been released for community use yet.   We know that you may be interested in what's going on.  Please look at the site photos on the Construction Progress page of this website.  We will post the Grand Opening date of this facility on this website as soon as it is known to us.  Please check this site often. We'll also send out a notice in the mail and post the opening dates on the sign at the entrance to the facility on Durbin Creek Blvd.

You may have noticed that a parking lot is being constructed close to the Aquatic Complex.

During the construction phase please park in the following areas:

• The lot directly in front of the Aquatic Complex
• Angle park in the grass along Durbin Creek Blvd. in front of the Aquatic Complex (there are no sprinkler heads to be concerned about on this stretch of the road).
• The parking lot by the Basketball Courts on Durbin Creek Blvd.
• The parking lot at the Recreation Office Building.

We all agree that paving the lot during the months that the Aquatic Complex is closed would be preferable, however we are prevented from that due to our proximity to a nesting American Bald Eagle.

JCP CDD Board Meeting Notice

All JCP CDD landowners and facility passholders are welcome to attend any Board of Supervisors meeting.

• On September 9th, at 6 p. m., the JCP CDD Board of Supervisors will hold their regularly scheduled meeting at the Recreation Office Building at 950 Davis Pond Blvd.
