children progress from getting comfortable in the water
until they are proficient in all four strokes and basic
water safety skills.
Benefits
- Small Class size. (5-7 students depending on the
level)
- Water Safety Instructors that are trained to teach swimming
in an organized, fun fashion.
- An evaluation of each swimmer on the first day

Aqua Challenge
This high intensity, low impact work-out is done entirely in the
deep end of the Competition pool in order to alleviate pressure on
joints while using the resistance of the water to tone and
strengthen muscles. The use of water belts will keep participants
fully suspended in the water for the entire workout. Cardio
exercises will consist of a variety of movements to increase heart
rate and utilize the body’s full range of motion. Specific areas of
the body, such as arms, legs and abs, will be targeted to promote
muscle tone and build strength. This low impact class makes a great
